Each workspace has one plan and one credit pool. A message sent in that workspace draws from that pool. The account is the payer. It is not a second, personal ledger. Tiers and prices are on Subscription plans. Plus, Pro, and Flagship can be bought online. Enterprise is a sales conversation.

The pool

  • When payment succeeds, the credits included in the plan land in this workspace’s pool.
  • Members spend from that one pool.
  • Owners and admins can read usage by person, by model, and by time.
  • A member’s monthly limit caps them only when it is above 0. 0 means no cap.
Credits for a yearly plan are injected when payment succeeds, and they follow the workspace license expiry. Renewing early extends from the previous expiry, so remaining days are kept.

Top up

When the pool is low, an owner or an admin buys a top-up pack. Base credits and bonus credits both enter this workspace’s pool.
1

Be an owner or an admin

Members cannot top up. The page says workspace credits are topped up by an admin.
2

Open top-up on the current workspace

The purchase is recorded on the current workspace. Switch to that workspace in the sidebar first.
3

Pay

People in the workspace can spend the credits as soon as they arrive. One payment number is applied once.
When the pool reaches 0, a deduction is cut down to whatever balance remains. The chat does not always stop. Read the balance inside this workspace.

Switching changes which bill you are on

The sidebar switcher changes the plan, the credit pool, and the chats, files, and knowledge bases born in that workspace. Creator earnings stay on the account. Leaving a workspace does not take the pool balance with you.
