The team plan changes who pays: member spending draws from one shared credit pool that admins top up and manage centrally.

Default entitlements

These are configurable defaults that operations can override, and the pricing page at purchase time is authoritative. The enterprise tier is contact-sales only, with no online checkout.

Getting started

1

Open the subscription page

Find the team card and check the current seat count, pool allowance, and price.
2

Pick a cycle and pay

Monthly or yearly, via Alipay or WeChat Pay. Enter a team name.
3

The organization is created

On success the system creates the org, makes you Owner, and switches your billing subject to Team.
4

Invite members

Generate an invite link or send email from the team portal. A seat is taken only once someone accepts.
You cannot open a team while you belong to another one. An account belongs to at most one organization at a time, so leave the current team first. Attempting it returns “You are already in a team and cannot open another.”
A personal plan and a team plan can coexist — they are two independent accounts, switched by billing subject.

Two billing modes

The organization’s billing mode determines how member spending routes: Exceeding a quota returns: Your team quota for this month is used up — ask an admin to adjust it.
In shared-pool mode, hitting zero does not hard-block conversations. The underlying debit is clamped to the available balance (recorded as a 0-credit consumption) rather than throwing — this keeps the consumption record and the debit atomic in one transaction. What that means in practice: do not treat “users got blocked” as your balance alarm. Admins should watch the balance in the portal, or switch to quota mode to get explicit blocking behavior.

Dual subjects: personal and team

When you hold both a personal plan and team membership, the avatar menu switches the active billing subject: Switching only changes the billing and quota source and affects no conversation history or data; you can switch back and forth freely. Switching to Team requires active membership, otherwise you get “Cannot switch to team — join or create one first.”
Buying a team plan switches you to the Team subject by default. Your personal plan is still there and you can switch back at any time.

Failures and what to do

What the portal offers

Owners and Admins can enter the team portal (Members cannot):
