To publish Experts on Profy and earn revenue, you first need to become a certified creator. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

Application Requirements

Creator status is open to all individuals with genuine professional expertise. Whether you’re an independent consultant, content creator, technical expert, or corporate trainer — as long as you have knowledge worth productizing, you can apply.
Before applying, please ensure:
  • You have completed Profy account registration and identity verification
  • You have verifiable professional background (personal introduction, portfolio, social media, etc.)
  • You understand the platform’s creator agreement

Application Process

Enter the Application Portal

On the Profy main interface, click “Become a Creator” in the avatar dropdown menu, or find the application entry on the Studio page.

Fill in Creator Profile

Provide your professional domain description, personal bio, and relevant work or credentials. This information helps the review team understand your professional background.

Submit Application

After confirming the information is correct, submit. You’ll receive a notification that your application has been submitted.

Wait for Review

The platform team will review your application within a few business days. You’ll receive an in-app notification whether approved or not (plus SMS if configured).

Approved — Start Creating

Once approved, you’ll gain full access to the Studio creator workspace. You can immediately start distilling your first Expert.

Review Criteria

The review team evaluates the following dimensions:
  • Identity Authenticity: Confirming you are a real individual, not a batch registration
  • Professional Credibility: Whether your described domain has verifiable professional background
  • Creative Intent: Whether you have a clear plan for creating an Expert
  • Compliance: Whether your content direction aligns with platform guidelines
The review doesn’t require you to be a “top expert.” As long as you have solid practical experience and teachable knowledge in a specific niche, you qualify.

Creator Levels

After approval, you start at the initial level. As your creations and revenue grow, your level automatically increases:
Specific level promotion thresholds and revenue share percentages are configured by platform operations and may be adjusted at any time. Please refer to the real-time data displayed in your creator panel.

After becoming a creator, you’ll see the full creator workspace in Studio:
  • My Works: Manage all your created Experts
  • Distillation Entry: One-click to start distilling a new Expert
  • Evolution Suggestions: View improvement suggestions generated by the Darwin system
  • Revenue Panel: Real-time diamond earnings and withdrawal records
  • Analytics: Understand your Expert usage data
  • Creator Profile: Customize your public profile page

Creator Profile

Your creator profile is the first window for users to learn about you:
  • Avatar and Name: Recommend using a real or distinctive avatar
  • Bio: A paragraph describing your professional domain and creative philosophy
  • Works Showcase: Published Experts are automatically displayed on your profile page
  • Followers: Users can follow you to get your latest updates
A high-quality creator profile significantly increases user trust. Spend a few minutes filling it out completely.

FAQ

Usually completed within a few business days after submission. May be slightly delayed during peak periods.
You’ll receive a notification with specific reasons. After improving your materials based on the feedback, you can reapply.
If you seriously violate platform guidelines (e.g., publishing prohibited content, malicious manipulation), the platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke creator status.
There’s no hard limit on the number of Experts per creator account. However, we recommend focusing on a few high-quality Experts rather than mass-creating low-quality content.
