# Credit Top-Up Packs

> Purchase top-up packs to get additional credits

When your credit balance is running low, or you need more credits to power intensive AI work, you can purchase credit top-up packs at any time to recharge.

## What Are Top-Up Packs

Top-up packs are a one-time credit recharge method. You select a denomination, complete the payment, and the corresponding credits are credited to your account instantly. No waiting, no subscription required.

Unlike subscription plans, top-up packs are not recurring — you buy on demand and top up again when needed.

## Purchase Process

    Click your avatar in the top-right corner → select "Billing," then find the "Top Up Credits" or "Top-Up Packs" option on the page.

    The platform offers multiple denominations. Different denominations provide different base credit amounts, and some include additional bonus credits.

  <Step title="Confirm Payment">
    After confirming your purchase, select a payment method and complete the transaction.

    After successful payment, credits are immediately added to your account and ready to use.

## Base Credits vs. Bonus Credits

Each top-up pack consists of two parts:

Purchased base credits never expire, so you can accumulate them with confidence. Bonus credits have an independent expiration date, so we recommend using them first. The system's [consumption priority](/en/documentation/billing/credits#consumption-priority) automatically deducts bonus credits before purchased credits, helping you avoid waste.

## Team User Top-Up

If you're a team member and currently using the "Team" billing subject, the top-up behavior differs:

    The team's Owner or Admin can purchase top-up packs for the team credit pool. Credits (including both base and bonus credits) are deposited into the shared team pool for all members to use.

    Regular members cannot top up the team credit pool. If you need to replenish team credits, please ask your team admin to handle it.

  <Accordion title="Switching to Personal Top-Up">
    If you want to top up your personal credit account, first switch your billing subject to "Personal" in the avatar menu, then proceed with the top-up.

<Tip>
  The team credit pool and personal credit accounts are completely independent. Topping up for the team does not affect your personal balance, and vice versa. See [Team Billing](/en/documentation/team/team-billing) for details.

## FAQ

    Once credits are credited to your account, refunds are not supported. Please confirm the denomination you need before purchasing.

    Plan bonus credits are automatically granted with your subscription and have an expiration date. Top-up packs require manual purchase, and their base credits never expire. They also differ in consumption priority — top-up bonus credits are consumed before purchased credits, which are used last.
