# Subscription Plans

> Plan comparison, purchase, upgrade, and auto-renewal

Profy offers multiple subscription tiers covering everything from individual use to enterprise collaboration. This page helps you understand the differences between plans, how to purchase, and the rules for making changes.

## Plan Tiers

  The following describes only the feature scope of each plan. Specific pricing and bonus credit amounts are dynamically configured by operations — please refer to the real-time display on the pricing page (`/subscription`) within the product.

### Free

Available immediately upon registration, no payment required. Includes basic AI conversation capabilities and an entry-level storage quota. The system grants a signup bonus of credits to help you quickly get started with core features.

### Plus

The entry-level paid plan for individual users. Compared to the Free plan:

* More bonus credits
* Larger storage space
* Access to more model options

### Pro

An advanced plan for heavy users. Compared to Plus:

* Significantly more bonus credits
* Larger storage space
* A wider selection of available models

### Flagship

For professional creators and power users. Provides the highest level of bonus credits, storage space, and full access to all models.

### Team

Designed for team collaboration. In addition to premium individual benefits, it also provides:

* Shared credit pool
* Seat management
* Organization-level storage quota
* Team admin dashboard

## How to Purchase

    Click your avatar in the top-right corner → select "Subscription," or navigate directly to the `/subscription` page.

    Compare the benefits of each plan and select the tier that suits you.

    Select monthly or annual billing. Annual billing typically offers a discount and includes additional monthly bonus credits.

    Alipay and WeChat Pay are supported. After successful payment, plan benefits and bonus credits take effect immediately.

## Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time. When upgrading, the system automatically calculates the prorated difference for the remaining time on your current plan — you only pay the difference.

<Note>Upgrades take effect immediately. The new plan's bonus credits are granted in a lump sum at the time of upgrade, and storage quota increases instantly.</Note>

## Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades do not take effect immediately. After your current plan expires, the next billing cycle will automatically renew at the new lower-tier plan. Until expiration, you retain full access to your current plan's benefits.

## Auto-Renewal

    Auto-renewal is enabled by default when you first subscribe. Before your plan expires, the system automatically charges your payment method to renew, ensuring uninterrupted service.

    You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in "Settings → Subscription Management." After disabling, your current plan remains active until its expiration date, after which it automatically reverts to the Free plan.

    If auto-renewal charges fail (e.g., insufficient balance or expired payment method), the system will retry within a certain period. After multiple failures, auto-renewal will be paused and you'll need to manually renew to restore service.

## Annual Plans

Choosing annual billing offers a discounted price (lower than 12 months of monthly billing combined). Additional benefits of annual plans:

* **Discounted pricing**: The annual total is less than the sum of 12 monthly payments.
* **Monthly bonus credits**: In addition to the initial bonus credits at purchase, additional bonus credits are automatically granted each month.

<Tip>Annual billing is the most economical choice for long-term Profy usage. You can start with monthly billing to try it out, then switch to annual once you're satisfied.</Tip>

## Personal and Team Plans Coexistence

You can hold both a personal paid subscription and a team membership simultaneously. Use the billing subject switcher in the avatar menu to choose whether to use "Personal" or "Team" as your active billing subject. After switching, the wallet charged and the plan information displayed will change accordingly.
